Who burglarized Cambria restaurant? SLO County sheriff wants your help

Someone burglarized The Sow’s Ear Restaurant in Cambria about a month ago — and the San Luis Obispo County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help to identify who did it.

The suspect or suspects “forced entry into the rear of the restaurant” at 2248 Main St. sometime between 1 and 6 a.m. April 13, according to a Sheriff’s Office news release.

The burglars then stole a small safe containing cash and miscellaneous items, the release said.

The Sheriff’s Office is asking anyone who has information that could lead to the apprehension and conviction of the suspects and the recovery of the stolen items to contact its Detective Division at 805-781-4500.

To remain anonymous, call Crime Stoppers at 805-549-7867. You can also submit your tip to Crime Stoppers by downloading the free mobile app at www.p3tips.com or submit your tip through its website, www.slotips.org.
