Four men were arrested Tuesday by the San Luis Obispo Police Department on suspicion of possessing controlled substances or being under the influence of a controlled substance.
The arrests happened after the Police Department received multiple reports over a period of months about “illegal activity” at a residence in the 300 block of Tolosa Way, police said. Officers conducted an investigation, which led to four men being arrested.
Chad Strampe and Drew Maness were arrested on suspicion of being under the influence of a controlled substance. Raymond Arguelles was arrested on suspicion of possession of controlled substances and drug paraphernalia. Charles Simmons was arrested on suspicion of possessing methamphetamine.
All men were cited and released, police said.
