Jingle bells, jingle bells! It is time to plan the annual Christmas Lights Parade and Craft Faire, which will be held this year on the afternoon and evening of Saturday, Dec. 17.
The committee is in need of all of Santa’s helpers to make the event a success. They are looking for ideas as well as volunteers on parade day. The more people involved, the merrier our holiday event will be! The first meeting is Wednesday at 4:30 p.m. at the San Miguel Mercantile on Mission Street.
The San Miguel Lions Club is taking names for its annual birthday calendar listings. Birthdays, anniversaries, memorial dates and meeting dates and times may all be listed on the calendar. The deadline is Oct. 1 to submit information and order calendars. They make great presents for the family to remind them of important dates.
