Plummer brothers film to be screened in SLO

The Plummer brothers’ documentary “Tour of Honor” will be screened at 7:15 p.m. March 16 at Mission Cinemas in San Luis Obispo, next to the Freemont, as part of the San Luis Obispo International Film Festival.

Kyle and Carlos Plummer of Cambria produced the 55-minute film documenting the 2014 Honor Flight for 21 veterans.

The Honor Flight organization flies veterans from World War II, and the Vietnam and Korean conflict to Washington, D.C., where they can visit memorials created in their honor.

“We are very excited to announce that our film ‘Tour of Honor’ is now an official selection at the San Luis Obispo International Film Festival in the Central Coast Filmmakers Showcase!” Carlos Plummer wrote in a news release.
