Tom Gould to speak at next Cambria Art Talk
Tom Gould will give the next Allied Arts Art Talk, set for 1 p.m. Sunday at Cambria Center for the Arts, 1350 Main St.
Gould’s presentation, titled “Zoom In,” is free to Allied Arts members and students, with a $3 donation recommended for nonmembers.
The artist received a degree in fine arts from San Diego State and began painting the deep ocean for the Navy electronics lab. He served as art director for Psychology Today and produced designs for numerous newsletters, books and other projects.
Gould’s paintings are featured at the CCA Gallery, and his commissioned painting of the Montebello is on permanent display at the Cambria Historical Museum.
