HART launches $10 cat adoption special for June

The Homeless Animal Rescue Team (HART) is having a cat adoption special during the month of June.

Throughout the month, HART is reducing its adoption fee to $10 for all cats and kittens 7 months or older. This is in conjunction with the Best Friends Animal Society’s nationwide promotion, “Is your dad man enough? This Father’s Day bring home a cat.”

HART’s cat adoption package includes spay/neuter and up-to-date vaccinations, together with a follow-up vet visit, microchip, bag of kibble, and HART ID tag.

The HART shelter is at 2638 Main St., in Cambria. It’s open from noon to 5 p.m. Tuesday through Saturday. For more information, call the shelter at 805-927-7377 or visit www.slohart.org.
