CCSD Director Rice schedules community office hours for 6 p.m. Monday, June 30

Amanda Rice, a Cambria Community Services District director, has scheduled her inaugural “community office hours” starting at 6 p.m. Monday, June 30, at the UU Community of Cambria, 786 Arlington St. She encourages the public to attend, comment, listen and learn. 

Rice plans an informal discussion on Cambria water issues, the current supply, the status of the district’s emergency water-supply project, expected rate increases and other topics related to the town’s current water crisis.

“This is planned as a monthly gathering,” she wrote in her announcement email, “so if there’s enough interest, I will schedule additional evenings.”
