A film festival dedicated to love and romance returns to San Luis Obispo County this February, just in time for St. Valentine’s Day.

The sixth annual Cambria Film Festival, which runs Feb. 8 through 12, features live, in-person screenings of 60 independent short and feature-length films.

Two movies that will be shown Saturday, Feb. 11, have strong ties to the North Coast.

“The Greatest of All Tina,” screening at 5 p.m., was inspired by a Cambria resident, directed by her son and shot largely in Cambria. Some local filmmakers and others from the Central Coast also were involved in its production.

“Something to Crow About,” which looks behind the curtain at the process of putting on the popular Cambria Scarecrow Festival, screens at 7 p.m.

Tickets to individual showings are $10 per person. All-access passes for the entire festival are sold out.

For tickets and details about schedules, individual films, volunteering and more, go to CambriaFilmFestival.com.
