NCAC committees to meet a day later because of holiday

Because of the Labor Day holiday Monday, Sept. 4, the North Coast Advisory Council’s Land Use and Traffic committees will be meet Tuesday, Sept. 5 this coming week.

The Land Use Committee will meet at 9 a.m. at Pacific Premier Bank, 2255 Main St. in Cambria’s East Village. Contact 805-927-1580 for details. The traffic committee will meet at 3 p.m. at the same location. Contact 805-909-9651.

The Land Use Committee will review:

▪  An after-the-fact Minor Use Permit for emergency gabion reinforcement of the bluff at the Pico Street Beach Access.

▪  Minor Use Permit to build a 660-square-foot garage and remove trees at 2015 Dorking.

▪  Minor Use Permit to build a 960-square-foot garage and 180 sf addition at 2152 Latham.

▪  Recommendations on proposed ordinance changes expanding the Transfer of Development Credits (TDC) program in Cambria.
