Sidewalk sale to highlight Cambria merchants’ bargains

Go for a walk in Cambria and save some dough from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 19, when participating merchants are to highlight bargains and specialties during the town’s first village-wide sidewalk sale.

With items for sale being billed as “from the useful to the unique,” shopkeepers and the sponsoring Cambria Chamber of Commerce say the event should be an enjoyable way to exercise and save.

It’s planned as an annual event.
