During National Mentor Month in January, Mother’s Tavern donated $2,294 from its Table 48 program to Big Brothers Big Sisters of San Luis Obispo County. Table number 48 is a particular table at the tavern that donates all proceeds from its sales to a different charity each month.

“With many organizations asking for our help with fundraising activities and donations, Table 48 was our way to streamline the process and support the organizations that do so much for our community,” said Rhonda Sims, the event coordinator for Mother’s Tavern.
