Good news about People’s Kitchen and 5 Cities AYSO 10-U All-Stars boys’ soccer team

South County

The 5 Cities 10-U American Youth Soccer Organization All-Stars soccer team recently competed and won the 2016 AYSO Western States Championships in Bullhead City, Ariz. It was the first time in 5 Cities AYSO history that any team has won the Western States Championships, according to an email from a team representative.

More than 400,000 youth soccer players from California, Oregon, Washington, Arizona and Nevada compete in the tournament annually.

The championship game pitted 5 Cities against South Gate, winning 1-0.

Team members include: Jonathen Aguilar, Luke Parker, Zachary Soriano, Jack Canigiula, Estevan Diaz, Samuel Hill, Nicholas Scott, Ty Jones and Skyler Karstetter.

They are coached by Mike Scott and assistant coach Enrique Diaz.
