The Food Bank Coalition of San Luis Obispo County has announced that the Food 4 Less annual campaign, Have a Heart, raised $16,729 to feed the hungry.

Customers at the Food 4 Less grocery stores in Paso Robles, Atascadero and San Luis Obispo purchased pink paper hearts as donations to the food bank for the cause.

According to the food bank, this is the eighth consecutive year of partnering with the stores and community members in support of local food programs.
