Good news about the SLO Elks Club and Golden State Classics Car Club
San Luis Obispo
San Luis Obispo Elks Lodge No. 322 recently held its annual Soccer Shoot Awards dinner and awarded 14 trophies to local boys and girls in divisions from under 7 to 13 years of age. Pizza, salad and ice cream was served to 43 parents and winners at the event.
The winners are:
Bear Medici, Cole Ragsdale, Sullivan Medici, Kassandra Gee, Allison Schultz, Linnea Westley, Thea Ragsdale, Alina Rea Cimbur, Moses Moffett, Brody Miller, Indigo Ramirez, Thomas Alvarez, Kyle Schryver and Sedona Bitler.
Paso Robles
Golden State Classics Car Club of Paso Robles has donated $500 to the Senior Nutrition Program of SLO County.
The funds will go toward providing meals for seniors in the North County.
The car club regularly organizes car show events that raise money for local charities.
