SLO County

Infinite Music Foundation recently launched its inaugural Mary Monroe Be Instrumental Program, awarding eight San Luis Obispo County students with $500 each in music lessons for the winter/spring semester.

The awardees are: Caiden Peet, Paulding Middle School; Mario Linos and John Mielke, Morro Bay High School; Hailey Gollihar, Fairgrove Elementary; Ryan Walker and Christian Cueto, SLO High School; Taylor Hatch, Arroyo Grande High School; and Emma Kim, Atascadero Fine Arts Academy.

The nonprofit organization supports music opportunities for youth through education and appreciation.

Templeton

Amber Wickersham and Brian Wisler are the recipients of an all-expenses paid wedding donated by local wedding professionals as a gift on Valentine’s Day.

Through the inaugural Finally, I Do project coordinated by Jazmyn Strickland of Love Always Weddings, couples were nominated and voted for by the community. Over 35 nominations and 3,200 unique votes were received.

Wickersham, a Templeton High School art teacher, and Wisler, a local volunteer firefighter, were voted the winners for generously serving their community.
