Good news for Paso Robles Children’s Museum and Atascadero Loaves & Fishes
Paso Robles
Eberle Winery has made a donation of $4,500 to the Paso Robles Children’s Museum as a result of the winery’s annual Haunted Caves and weekend barbecues held in 2015.
Jennifer Smith, the museum’s executive director, says the funds will be used for current programs and general operations.
“As a nonprofit, we rely on the generosity of our local community,” says Smith. “We truly appreciate the support.”
Atascadero
Central Coast Funds for Children recently awarded a $4,000 grant to Atascadero Loaves & Fishes (ALF).
The funding will support the organization’s breakfast and lunch supplements for schoolchildren in the 2016 summertime program.
ALF provides groceries for the poor in the North County, serving over 2,400 households and approximately 16,000 meal equivalents each year, according to a news release from the organization.
