Good news about the Steed family and Noor Foundation

The French Hospital Medical Center Foundation has announced the donation of $150,000 from the Aaron, Erin and Evan Steed family in support of the Copeland Health Education Pavilion at the hospital.
In recognition of the gift, the executive board room in the pavilion will be named in their honor.
“We believe it is important to invest in health care resources that will continue to enhance our community’s health and wellness. We are honored to be a part of the transformation occurring at French Hospital with this new innovative facility,” said Aaron Steed, president and CEO of Meathead Movers.

Masons from King David’s Lodge in San Luis Obispo recently donated $1,500 to the Noor Foundation to support its work bringing health care to the under-served, especially local children.
The donation was part of the Masons’ annual fall round of philanthropy supporting local causes that totaled more than $15,000, according to an email from the organization.
