Good news for the Senior Nutrition Program

The Senior Nutrition Program of San Luis Obispo County recently received 25 turkeys from Golden State Water Company. The donation was part of the company’s distribution of 100 turkeys to local nonprofits and delivered by Assemblyman Katcho Achadjian.
The 25 turkeys were cooked for a Thanksgiving holiday meal and were served to 192 seniors in the South County through the Senior Nutrition Program.
