Arroyo Grande City Council. Meets Tuesday. 473-5400. Closed session to discuss city manager discipline, dismissal, release; consideration of placing a measure to authorize purchase of state water under local water emergency conditions on the ballot for the Nov. 8 general election; consideration of approval of water management plan update; public hearing to consider Arroyo Grande Tourism Business Improvement District; consideration of San Luis Obispo Council of Governments’ self-help transportation investment plan.

Atascadero City Council. Meets Tuesday. 461-7612. Adopt the draft resolution approving the SLO County Self-Help Local Transportation Investment Plan; placement of sewer service charges on the 2016-17 property tax rolls. A planned item to adopt the final tentative parcel map for the Wal-Mart/Del Rio Road project was removed from the agenda.

Morro Bay City Council. Meets Tuesday. 772-6200. Introduce an ordinance to enable the use of secondary dwelling units as vacation rentals subject to certain conditions; public hearing on a resolution to levy the annual assessment for the North Point landscaping and lighting district; adopt a resolution temporarily suspending parking in-lieu fees for the Embarcadero and downtown and direct an evaluation of the commercial parking program.
