A sweet time at the Strawberry Festival in Arroyo Grande

What was the main attraction at the 33rd Strawberry Festival in Arroyo Grande on Saturday and Sunday? Strawberries, of course.

Boxes and boxes of strawberries.

But there were also live bands, carnival rides and more.

In addition to the strawberry treats, the Arroyo Grande Strawberry Festival — a fundraiser for the Arroyo Grande Village Improvement Association — served up food and arts and crafts booths, and the Strawberry Stampede run/walk.

The entertainment lineup included the Blue Moonshine Bluegrass Band, musician Dulcie Taylor and jazz band Rag Bone Saints.
