SLO Rotary holds moment of silence for Brussels

The Rotary Club of San Luis Obispo held a moment of silence at Monday’s meeting in honor of the people of Belgium as they recover from last week’s terror attack.

The news had special impact for the club because it is sponsoring a Belgian exchange student.
