Cal Poly’s 23rd annual Open House — a showcase that brings current and prospective students, their supporters and faculty to the campus — will be April 14-16.

The theme will be “Celebrating the Mustang Legacy” to highlight the achievements of past and current Mustangs and give prospective students “an opportunity to participate in campus traditions and display school spirit in advance of their time at Cal Poly,” according to Cal Poly officials.

Activities over the three days will include a parade, preview day, showcase of student clubs and numerous performances by various groups.

Students who have been admitted and are starting school in September can go to “Preview Day” on April 15 to get acquainted with Cal Poly and learn more about academic programs.

On April 16, Cal Poly will host a campuswide open house for visitors and the community, including a student parade and booths from the more than 200 student clubs and organizations. A Kids’ Fair, live music, the Poly Royal Tractor Pull, Cal Poly Rodeo and other events will be held that day.
