Grover Beach looking for Parks and Rec commissioners

The city of Grover Beach is looking for two residents to fill seats on the city’s Parks, Recreation and Beautification Commission.

The five-member commission usually meets the third Thursday of each month at 6:30 p.m. The commission serves as an advisory body to the City Council and the Parks and Recreation Department.

Two seats are scheduled to open up with the expiration of two commission terms on March 31. Terms on the commission are four-year periods, with no term limits. Applicants must be registered voters of Grover Beach.
