Report on deep well drilling in within the Paso Robles groundwater basin; report on implementation of assisted outpatient treatment program; request to deny land owner consent for a permit application to abandon a county owned easement that includes the Ontario Ridge Trail and establish a new easement with a county maintained trail on adjacent private property; hearing to consider adopting a 2015-20 analysis of impediments to county’s fair housing plan; hearing to consider adoption of South County circulation study and traffic impact fee.
