Thefts from unlocked vehicles reported in Pismo Beach
Police reported a rash of thefts from unlocked vehicles early Sunday morning in Pismo Beach.
Authorities received several reports of items such as checkbooks and driver’s licenses missing from vehicles in the Pismo Heights area, Pismo Beach police Sgt. Anthony Hernandez said.
Hernandez said he advises the public to lock their car doors even when cars are parked in driveways and in front of houses.
