Train delayed after tree falls across tracks in Grover Beach

Train service through Grover Beach is expected to be delayed an hour or two Wednesday morning because a large eucalyptus tree has fallen across both sets of tracks, according to the Grover Beach Police Department.

Emergency crews were working to remove the tree as of 7:30 a.m.

The Amtrak train is stopped at the Grover Beach train station until the track is cleared, according to police.
