Highway 101 roadwork to cause delays in Nipomo

Nipomo drivers should expect delays this week as Caltrans begins working on the shoulder along northbound Highway 101 from the Santa Maria River Bridge to Tefft Street.

The northbound second lane will be closed during the roadwork starting Monday; drivers could experience delays of up to 15 minutes, according to a news release.

The work will continue through Jan. 8, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
