Good news for Loaves & Fishes, Morro Bay H.S. student Tyler Meador, and Paso Robles youths

The Kiwanis Club of Paso Robles held a fundraiser to support area youth activities in Paso Robles.
Thanks to the support of people in the community, Earthly Treasures, First Baptist Church, Goodwill, Key Club and Kiwanis, four Goodwill bins were filled on a recent weekend in the parking lot at the Culinary Academy.
Morro Bay
Morro Bay High School FFA student Tyler Meador received top honors as a National Proficiency finalist in the area of Agricultural Mechanics Repair and Maintenance at the 2015 FFA National Convention in Louisville, Ky.
He won the local FFA section for this proficiency and went on to win at the state competition. He was one of four fellow FFA members from across the nation to make it to the finals.
Several FFA chapter members attended the five-day convention with FFA adviser Linda Todd.
