While rain sprinkled San Luis Obispo County, a power outage swept across the Shandon area on Thursday afternoon.
According to PG&E’s outage report map, 358 customers near Shandon lost electricity around 4 p.m.
As of 4:45 p.m., PG&E was investigating the cause of the outage.
“Our team is evaluating the electrical system to identify damaged sections and make necessary repairs in order to safely turn the power back on,” PG&E said.
Power should be restored by 2 a.m., PG&E said.
