A new wave of 61 homes are heading to market in northern San Luis Obispo County.

The single-family homes are now up for sale in Morada, a neighborhood in the master-planned Vinedo development in Paso Robles, according to a news release from homebuilder Trumark Homes.

The Vinedo development recently made headlines last month after a funding cutoff halted all work on homes at The Reserve at Vinedo, another 230-home community within the master-planned development.

“Paso Robles is an exceptional locale, and our team looks forward to introducing homebuyers to the residences and lifestyle offered at Morada and the master-planned community of Vinedo,” Trumark Homes Central California Division president Josh Peterson said. “Every detail of the homes has been thoughtfully designed to balance contemporary features with the surrounding tranquility and open spaces to suit a variety of styles and needs.”

Three out of four floor plans also include optional accessory dwelling units, according to the release.

Prices will start in the high $600,000 range depending on the home model, according to the release.

“Morada was designed with community at its core, where shared spaces and neighborhood gatherings will naturally encourage residents to connect, reflecting the type of community we know people will love,” Peterson added. “We look forward to identifying more opportunities to build in master-planned communities as we continue our strategic growth in the Central Coast region.”

Three model homes are currently available for tours, according to the release.

Customers interested in scheduling a tour of Morada can do so at Trumark’s website.
