Outage knocks out power to hundreds in SLO County. When will it be back on?

A power outage cut off electricity to more than 500 PG&E customers in San Luis Obispo County on Monday afternoon.

According to PG&E’s outage report map, 537 customers in Atascadero lost power around 1:41 p.m. The outage primarily affected residents in between Highway 101 and Traffic Way.

The utility company said it was currently investigating the cause of the electricity outage.

A crew was en route to the outage as of 1:56 p.m., according to PG&E.
