According to PG&E’s outage report map, 988 customers near the Morro Bay Golf Course lost power around 8:41 a.m.

As of about 9:10 a.m., PG&E was “evaluating the electrical system to identify damaged sections and make necessary repairs in order to safely turn the power back on,” the website said.

PG&E did not yet know when power would be restored.
