Spending Valentine’s Day in SLO County? Yelp ranks top 10 romantic restaurants
The most romantic holiday of the year — Valentine’s Day — is nearly here.
Luckily, San Luis Obispo County offers a wide variety of destinations where you can spend a special date night out with your significant other.
The Tribune compiled a list of the top 10 Romantic Restaurants in San Luis Obispo County, according to Yelp.
Yelp scores are created by aggregating data from hundreds of reviewers on a five-star system.
These were the 10 highest rated romantic restaurants in the county as of Monday, Jan. 26, according to Yelp reviewers:
The Alchemists’ Garden
Address: 1144 Pine St., Paso Robles
Average Yelp rating: 4.4 stars
What Yelp reviewers say: Yelp reviewer Brenna A. of Sylmar said she ordered drinks and dessert at the Paso Robles restaurant and “couldn’t have had better service and experience.” She praised the eatery’s “dark and romantic ambiance with lots of greenery, making you feel like you are truly in a garden.”
The Alchemists’ Garden pairs “such a gorgeous location with dazzling drinks and dessert,” the Yelp reviewer wrote, adding that she “can’t wait to visit again and enjoy dinner too!”
