Crash closes Highway 101 off-ramp, backs up traffic in SLO
A vehicle crash blocked a Highway 101 off-ramp and slowed traffic in San Luis Obispo on Monday evening.
According to the California Highway Patrol’s incident report page, a crash was reported at Los Osos Valley Road and Highway 101 at 4:35 p.m.
Details on the extent of the crash were not immediately available on the log, but police did advise the northbound off-ramp needed to be fully closed during the response.
As of 5:18 p.m., traffic stretched back on the northbound lanes to the South Higuera off-ramp, according to Caltrans’ QuickMap.
