Readers submitted a dozen adorable kitties for The Tribune’s pet photo contest, but only one friendly feline can be crowned the winner.
After an initial round of voting, five cuddly cats have made it to the final round.
Now we need your help to pick SLO County’s most purr-fect pet.

The final round of voting in The Tribune’s cat contest is open now. All you have to do is click on the poll below to choose your favorite kitty.
You can vote as many times as you want until the poll closes. Simply refresh the page to vote again.
How long will voting last in Tribune pet contest?
Round 2 of voting ends at 11:59 p.m. on Monday, Oct. 27.
The winner will be announced on Monday, Nov. 3, on SanLuisObispo.com. We plan to make that top cat the star of their very own feature story filled with more adorable photos.
Cutest cat and dog contests are taking place at more than 20 McClatchy newspapers across the United States.
The winners from each market will automatically be entered into a second contest to determine the Cutest Cat and Cutest Dog in the country, launching Monday, Nov. 10.
