Thousands without electricity near SLO due to outage. When will power be back on?

A power outage cut off electricity to 3,403 San Luis Obispo County PG&E customers on Monday evening.
According to PG&E’s outage report map, customers in the Los Osos Valley Road area between San Luis Obispo and Los Osos lost power around 6:22 p.m.
The unplanned outage was due to the storm, PG&E said. Crews were accessing the issue as of 7 p.m.
Power is expected to be restored by 10 p.m.
