On Thursday night, the evacuation order previously issued for evacuation zone SLC-240 was dropped to an evacuation warning thanks to improving conditions on the fire, according to a Facebook post shared by the SLO County Office of Emergency Services.

Evacuation orders remained in place for zones LPF-017, SLC-263, SLC-264, SLC-298, SLC-299, SLC-312, SLC-337, SLC-338 and SLC 358, the agency said.

Warnings remained in place for zones SLC-226, SLC-240, SLC-265, SLC-300, SLC-313 and SLC-339.
