A power outage knocked out electricity to more than 1,600 PG&E customers in Santa Margarita on Tuesday morning.
The outage, which was reported at 11:09 a.m., appeared to be impacting the majority of Santa Margarita as well as surrounding areas north toward Atascadero and as far east as Pozo, according to PG&E’s outage map.
The outage map said power would be restored to the 1,680 impacted customers by 5:45 p.m.
