What’s ahead in SLO County’s forecast

Showers are expected to continue Tuesday on and off and eventually migrate south, reaching Los Angeles County around midday and lasting through the evening, according to the National Weather Service.

There is “only a slight chance” that showers will linger into Wednesday morning, followed by clearing skies during the day and warmer temperatures around 5 degrees below normal.

Thanksgiving is expected to be sunny, with dry conditions and temperatures in the upper 60s and low 70s across the coast and valleys, the agency said.

After that, no rain is in the forecast through through at least early next week, according to the Weather Service. The long-term outlook calls for a period of dry and warmer weather.
