Did you accidentally torch your Thanksgiving turkey? Or forget the secret ingredient for your pecan pie?

Although several stores across San Luis Obispo County are closed on Thanksgiving Day, many are keeping their doors open for special holiday hours if you need to do some last-minute grocery shopping.

Here’s a list of what is open and closed on Thursday across SLO County — from supermarkets and pharmacies to banks.

Holiday hours can differ by location, so be sure to check with your local store before heading out.

Are SLO County grocery stores open on Thanksgiving?

Here’s when local grocery stores will be open for Thanksgiving Day, and which ones will close on the holiday:

Albertsons: Open 6 a.m. to 3 p.m.

ALDI: Closed

Costco: Closed

Food 4 Less: Open 6 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.

Grocery Outlet: Closed

Ralphs: Open 6 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Smart & Final: Open 6 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Sprouts: Open 7 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Target: Closed

Trader Joe’s: Closed

Vons: Open 6 a.m. to 3 p.m., pharmacy is closed

Whole Foods: Open 7 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Are local pharmacies open on Thanksgiving?

Here are open hours for pharmacies in SLO County on Thanksgiving Day, as well as which pharmacies will be closed:

CVS: Open 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., pharmacy open 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Rite Aid: Closed

Walgreens: Open 24 hours, pharmacy open 2 a.m. to 1:30 a.m.

Walmart: Closed

What else is closed in SLO County on Thanksgiving Day?

Government offices such as the U.S. Postal Service and public libraries will be closed on Thanksgiving Day, as well as most banks.

Package delivery services FedEx and UPS will also be closed for the holiday.
