Voting in SLO County? Here’s where to find your nearest polling center

Still need to cast your ballot in San Luis Obispo County? Election Day is here.

Registered California voters have until 8 p.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 5, to submit their votes, but visiting a polling place or ballot drop box ahead of time can ease Election Day stress and ensure your vote is counted.

You can submit your ballot at drop boxes across the county or vote in person at dozens of polling places.

Here’s where to go:

Where can I drop off my ballot in SLO County?

Once you’ve filled out your ballot, you can send it in the mail using the included return envelope or drop it off in person at any of the county’s drop box locations.

In the North County:

Where can I vote on Election Day in SLO County?

In SLO County, a total of 67 polling locations will be open from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. Tuesday.

Voters who choose to cast a ballot in person can do so as long as they are in line to vote before 8 p.m., the SLO County Clerk-Recorder’s Office said.
