Dave’s Hot Chicken is giving away free sandwiches. Here’s how to get one in SLO
Popular fast-casual chain Dave’s Hot Chicken is giving away free sandwiches at locations across the United States — including its San Luis Obispo restaurant.
The Los Angeles-based, known for its Nashville-style fried chicken tenders, will serve up no-cost sliders at a total of 230 locations on Thursday, Oct. 24..
Why? Dave’s Hot Chicken is celebrating the birthday of Canadian singer and rapper Drake, who’s an investor in the chain.
“Drake is hooking everyone up with a Dave’s Hot Chicken Slider on him,” Dave’s Hot Chicken said in a news release.
When is Dave’s Hot Chicken giving away free food?
Customers can grab free sliders at all Dave’s Hot Chicken locations across the nation on Thursday from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m.
According to the chain, the slider is “really a full-sized sandwich” and includes crispy fried chicken, secret sauce, pickles and slaw.
How can I get a free sandwich in SLO?
To take advantage of the giveaway, customers must download the Dave’s Hot Chicken app.
Once you open the app, a free slider will automatically be added to your rewards, the company said.
You can then scan the reward in store and get your sandwich.
The free meal deal is only available in person.
Meal orders made online or through third-party delivery services will not be eligible for the no-cost offer, Dave’s Hot Chicken said.
