As it paves the way for its newest parking structure, the city of San Luis Obispo has implemented several changes to downtown parking in the past year.

This move has upset some who say the changes are preventing them from enjoying the downtown core or are impacting their businesses.

The Tribune wants to hear from residents and business owners impacted by the changes.
