Morning fire damages home in rural Paso Robles

Cal Fire extinguished a residential fire in rural Paso Robles Wednesday morning.

Accoridng to emergency services app Pulsepoint, a fire was initially reported around 8:23 a.m. at a residential home in the 600 block of Rockin One Way.

Cal Fire responded and contained the fire around 9:27 a.m., after around 25% of the dwelling sustained damage, Cal Fire said on Twitter.

Toni Davis, a spokesperson for Cal Fire, said most of the damage sustained in the fire was related to smoke.

No one was injured in the blaze, and the cause of the fire is under investigation, Davis said.
