Wildfire threatens 2 structures in Paso Robles, leading to evacuation
A wildfire was threatening two structures Sunday afternoon.
A vegetation fire was reported at 5220 Jardine Road in Paso Robles at 1:27 p.m. Friday, according to emergency dispatch.
By 1:35 p.m., the fire had burned half an acre, dispatchers said.
As of 1:38 p.m., the fire had spread to an acre and “burning in grass,” according to emergency dispatch.
The wildfire was near a barn and residents were evacuated, dispatch announced through radio.
The Paso Robles Fire Department was responding to the blaze.
Three engines were on scene, and 10 more were on their way as of 1:44 p.m. according to Pulsepoint.
