Environmental scientists identify and analyze the environmental impacts of maintenance activities on natural resources within the Caltrans right-of-way. Multiple positions are available.

- Department: California Men’s Colony
- Salary: $5,282 to $6,934 per month
The Native American spiritual leader directs all Native American religious services at both the east and west facilities of the prison. There is one position available.

Park maintenance worker | Permanent full-time
- Reporting location: Oceano Dunes Maintenance Yard
- Department: Parks & Recreation
- Salary: $3,719 to $4,663 per month
The park maintenance worker performs structural, facility, housekeeping, landscape, road and trail maintenance within the Oceano Dunes State Vehicular Recreation Area. There is one position available. There is a similar position available at Hilltop Maintenance Department, San Luis Obispo Coast District, located in San Simeon.
