Oceano residents who live near the Arroyo Grande Creek Levee are encouraged to attend a community meeting on future evacuation orders, a news release from San Luis Obispo County said.

The meeting will be held Thursday at 6:30 p.m. at the Oceano Community Services District Board Room at 1655 Front St. in Oceano, and will be streamed on Facebook Live, the release said.

”The meeting is being hosted by Supervisors Jimmy Paulding and Dawn Ortiz-Legg,” the release said. “Representatives from Cal Fire, Five Cities Fire Authority, the San Luis Obispo County Office of Emergency Services, County Public Works, and the Sheriff’s Office will be present to communicate information and answer questions.”
