San Luis Obispo County spent much of Tuesday attempting to clean up after a brutal winter storm that slammed into the area.
Even as public agencies and residents hurried to clean up from flooded roadways, debris-strew streets and property damage, more rain continued to fall on SLO County, while thunder rattled windows and lightning lit up the skies. Some areas even saw light hail.
The storm is expected to cease Tuesday night, with dry weather predicted for Wednesday and Thursday before another smattering of rain arrives at the end of the week.
