Paso Robles plans free New Year’s Eve party at Downtown City Park. Here’s what’s in store
The City of Paso Robles is hosting a free New Year’s Eve celebration tonight at Downtown City Park, rain or shine.
Visitors and community members are invited to sit by the bonfire, dance to live music and watch fire dancers perform at the event. The all-ages party doesn’t go until midnight, though, according to a news release from the city. It will run from 7 to 11 p.m.
“A 9 p.m. ball drop is set to coincide with midnight on the East Coast so attendees can enjoy ringing in the New Year and still be home before midnight,” the release said.
Music will be by the JC Smith Band, Chicago Blues and DJ Chad Fortin. The Dancing Fire dance troupe will also perform.
Food trucks and a champagne/sparkling wine vendor will also be on hand.
