The San Luis Obispo County real estate market has shown clear signs of cooling off in the past few months.

Like much of California, sale prices in SLO fell a bit in June over the previous month. Still, real estate in the county is among the most expensive in the state, with median home values topping $1 million in a handful of communities.

The interactive map below shows the change in median home values in nearly every community in the county since the start of 2022.

The data, generated by national real estate listing firm Zillow, updates each month. The latest figures compare the change in home values between January and June and include numbers for Paso Robles, Atascadero, Pismo Beach, Cambria and nearly every other corner of San Luis Obispo County.
